Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our websites, mobile applications, or other services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Shanghai Yujun Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yujun Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Yujun Tech develops LLM-powered tools and applications that transform how people work with language, data, and knowledge. Our Services may include web-based tools, mobile applications, APIs, and related features that leverage large language models and other AI technologies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. User Content and AI-Generated Output

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Our Services use large language models and other AI technologies to generate responses, suggestions, and other outputs ("AI-Generated Output"). You acknowledge that:

  • AI-Generated Output is produced by automated systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes;
  • You should independently verify AI-Generated Output before relying on it for critical decisions;
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-Generated Output, but we cannot guarantee that similar output will not be generated for other users;
  • You are solely responsible for how you use AI-Generated Output, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features of the Services may be offered on a subscription basis or through the purchase of credits. When you purchase a subscription or credits, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Subscription fees and credit purchases are charged in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date.
  • App Store purchases: If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, your purchase is subject to that platform's terms and conditions. Cancellations and refunds for App Store purchases must be managed through the respective platform.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription fees upon notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal period after the notice is provided.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity;
  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or related systems;
  • Use the Services to develop competing products or services without our prior written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Use automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Services in a manner that violates these Terms or exceeds reasonable usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — are owned by Yujun Tech or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and large language model APIs. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YUJUN TECH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Services.
